Our cooperation can be formed in two ways:

1. Refer your borrower to us

                                          

You can remain the primary borrower contact or let us handle everything. Either way we will keep you informed throughout the loan process.

 

Letting us process the loan frees up your time and allows us to quickly package the loan to our requirement, which are different from conventional loans.                                              

 

Referral fee will be paid within ten days after the closing of loan escrow.

2. Co-broke the loan transaction

If you have a complete loan package you are welcome to co-broke the transaction.  This requires a signed co-broker agreement for each loan.

Simply add the reasonable fees you wish to earn to our quote and present it to your borrower.  Once your borrower has agreed to the terms, we will begin the loan process.

Throughout the process, your role is to maintain on-going client communication,  and facilitate the document collection process. We will take care of the rest. 

Your broker fee will be paid to you through the loan escrow at closing.

To show our appreciation for your hard work and respect for the relationship you have established with your clients, you will begin to receive referral fees on each referred customer for one year after their first loan. After the one year period, a referred customer is considered a regular customer and no further referral fees will be paid.
