We initially provide program guidelines according to the needs of your clients.  Upon request, we will prepare a professional analysis of the entire real estate loan portfolio of your client for your review. Once your client has agreed to the terms, we will begin our work and keep you fully informed throughout the loan process.

Referral Fee

We make our money through loan brokerage fees as a licensed California Real Estate Broker. But, you do not need to be licensed to receive compensation. Your referral fee will be paid within ten days after the closing of loan escrow. 

To show our appreciation for your hard work and respect for the relationship you have established with your clients, you will continue to receive referral fees on each referred customer for one year after their first loan. After the one year period, a referred customer is considered a regular customer and no further referral fees will be paid.
